BLANK is a modular content studio in the heart of Osborne Park, purpose-built for photographers, videographers, and brands that need more from their shooting environment. The space is designed to shift with your creative direction. Move between raw concrete textures and soft, styled sets without leaving the building. Reconfigure furniture, swap backdrops, and make the space entirely yours for the duration of your booking.
Whether you’re shooting a brand campaign, producing content for socials, hosting a creative workshop, or running a launch event, BLANK gives you the flexibility to do it your way. No rigid layouts. No limitations. Just a premium, neutral space that lets your work be the hero.
The Canvas
The main shooting area. A wide, open space with polished concrete floors, high ceilings, and clean sightlines in every direction. This is where most of the magic happens. Set it up for product shoots, editorial work, full-scale video production, or strip it back and let the raw aesthetic speak for itself. The Canvas is your blank slate.
The Content Lounge
A curated corner of the studio styled with premium furniture and decor. Think lifestyle content, brand storytelling, podcast setups, or interview backdrops. The Content Lounge is designed to feel finished from the moment you walk in. Grab a seat on the Coco Chaise, pull up the marble Plinth Table, and start shooting.

Weekend Casual Hire
All the same great inclusions, just on a Saturday or Sunday. Full access to the studio, every prop and furniture piece, and the complete lighting package, ready when you are. Perfect for those who shoot on weekends, need to work around a busy week, or simply prefer the quieter pace a weekend session brings.
BLANK Basics
Four hours a month at a rate that makes showing up a no-brainer. Full inclusions every session, lighting, props, and furniture, all locked in at your member rate.

Got Questions?
How do I book the studio?
You can book directly through our website. Choose your session type (one-off or membership), pick your date and time, and you're locked in. Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation. We accept bookings up to six months in advance.
What is included in my booking?
Every booking includes full access to the studio, all props and furniture, the complete lighting package (continuous LED and studio flash), the makeup station, WiFi, kitchen amenities, and on-site parking. You just need to bring your camera and your vision.
Does my booking time include setup and pack-down?
Yes. Your booking window covers everything from arrival to departure, including any setup and pack-down time. Please plan your session accordingly so you have enough time to get everything done.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
We don't offer refunds for cancellations, but we're happy to provide studio credit for eligible reschedules. Bookings can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours notice. Your credit will be valid for 30 days from the original booking date. Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for credit or refund.
What happens if my session runs over time?
If your session runs more than 10 minutes past your booked time, a flat $60 overtime fee will apply. If you know you'll need extra time, let us know before or during your booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I bring my own equipment?
Absolutely. The studio is equipped with professional lighting and styling pieces, but you're welcome to bring anything additional you need for your shoot.
Can I rearrange the furniture and props?
That's exactly what the space is built for. BLANK is modular by design. Move things around, reconfigure the layout, and make it work for your shoot. We just ask that you return everything to its original position before you leave.
Is there parking available?
Yes. There is on-site parking directly outside the studio. The studio is in an active industrial complex, so please drive slowly (under 10km/hr) when entering and exiting.

7/41 Sarich Court, Osborne Park WA 6017. Ground floor access via the roller door with parking right outside.
Can you organise a photographer or videographer for my shoot?
Yes. If you need creative support, we can match you with a photographer or videographer from our network of trusted Creative Partners. We have set packages for photography and videography, and we handle the matching, booking, and invoicing so you don't have to. Just email us at bookings@blankthestudio.com.au with what you're after and we'll take care of the rest.
Can I host an event at BLANK?
Yes, BLANK has hosted brand launches, creative workshops, panel discussions, and private events. Event bookings are handled separately from standard studio sessions. For event enquiries and pricing, email us at bookings@blankthestudio.com.au and we can provide all the details.
Do membership credits roll over?
No. Monthly credits are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and must be used within that same period. Unused credits don't carry over, and they can't be transferred, refunded, or shared with anyone else.
Can I use my membership on weekends?
Weekend access isn't included in standard memberships. If you're interested in a custom arrangement that includes weekend hours, email us and we can chat about what's possible.
How do I cancel my membership?
You'll need to give us a minimum of 30 days written notice before your next billing date. Email the team directly. Any unused credits at the time of cancellation will be forfeited.
Is the studio boudoir-friendly?
Yes. Tasteful and respectful boudoir shoots are welcome at BLANK.
