BLANK The Studio premises are monitored by closed-circuit television (CCTV) that records both audio and video. CCTV is in operation during and outside of business hours.
Purpose: CCTV is used solely for the purpose of protecting the studio premises, equipment, furniture, and property. Footage may be reviewed in the event of reported damage, theft, or security incidents.
Storage: CCTV footage is stored securely via a cloud-based system and is retained for a maximum of seven (7) days before being automatically overwritten.
Access: Access to CCTV footage is restricted to authorised BLANK personnel only. Footage will not be shared with third parties unless required by law, or in connection with a legitimate insurance or legal claim arising from an incident on the premises.
By entering the studio, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of audio and video by CCTV for the purposes described above. Signage is displayed on the premises to notify visitors of CCTV operation.
7. Data Storage and Security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. Personal information is stored using reputable third-party platforms (as listed in Section 3) that maintain their own security practices and data protection measures.
Contact form submissions are received via email and are not stored in a separate database. We retain personal information only for as long as it is needed to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
