Studio Guidelines
Welcome! Before you book, please read through our studio guidelines.
We're so excited to host you at our studio! To help ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone, we've outlined a few important things to keep in mind. Please take a moment to review the following before confirming your booking.
Respecting the Space
- We've created a space we're really proud of and we kindly ask that you help us take care of it while you're here.
- Please treat all furniture, props, and equipment with care and avoid dragging items across the floor.
- Return everything to its original place before you leave.
- Before heading out, double-check that all lights and the air conditioning are turned off.
- The studio must be left clean and tidy. If it's left in a mess, a $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
- There are offices above BLANK The Studio which are regularly occupied, with office users having access to the shared kitchen and toilet facilities. If your booking has specific requirements such as a completely silent space or a completely vacant space for privacy reasons, please get in touch with us directly before booking.
- For the safety and comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed unless approved in writing before your session.
- You are responsible for the behaviour of all your guests while on site.
Parking & Shared Spaces
- This is a shared industrial complex, please drive slowly (under 10 km/hr) when entering or exiting.
- BLANK The Studio is located within a shared industrial complex and shares parking with the offices upstairs.
- There are 3 to 4 allocated car parks available for BLANK The Studio, along with a large amount of free street parking available on Sarich Court.
- Studio parking operates on a first come, first served basis. If our allocated car parks are available, you are welcome to use them for the duration of your booking.
- Outside of office hours, the complex is generally unstaffed and there is ample parking available in close proximity.
- If you have any questions or require a fully reserved parking space, please get in touch prior to your booking and we'll see if we are able to accommodate.
Using Equipment
- All equipment should be used only as intended and returned in the same condition.
- If any items are damaged or broken during your booking, you'll be responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.
Props & Materials
- We love a bit of fun! Confetti is totally fine, just make sure to clean it up thoroughly afterward.
- Glitter and powder can get messy, so we require pre-approval before use. Additional cleaning fees may apply.
- Paint of any kind is not permitted in the studio.
Content & Conduct
- Our space is boudoir-friendly — tasteful and respectful shoots are always welcome.
- As the booking client, you're responsible for all attendees' conduct throughout your session.
Booking, Payment & Overtime
- Bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
- Your booking time includes setup and pack-down, so please plan accordingly.
- If your session runs more than 10 minutes over time, a flat $60 overtime fee will apply.
- Need extra time? Just let us know before or during your booking and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change — here's how we handle cancellations and reschedules:
- While we don't offer refunds for cancellations, we're happy to provide studio credit for eligible reschedules.
- Bookings can be rescheduled once, as long as you give us at least 48 hours' notice.
- Your studio credit will be valid for 30 days from your original booking date and can be applied to any future session.
- Please note, credit can only be used for bookings that meet the 2-hour minimum session time.
- If you'd like to shorten your booking, we aren't able to offer refunds for unused time, but depending on the notice given, we may offer credit at our discretion if the change is made at least 48 hours in advance.
- Unfortunately, cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of your session are not eligible for credit or refund.
- If you're unsure or need help adjusting your booking, feel free to reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate you.
