Member Terms and Conditions of Hire
By purchasing a BLANK Studio Membership you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms.
1. Membership Overview
BLANK Studio Memberships provide subscribers with a set number of pre-purchased studio hours each calendar month, redeemable exclusively at BLANK The Studio in Osborne Park, Perth WA. Memberships are strictly for content creation, photography, and brand shoots. Event bookings are not covered under any membership tier and must be arranged separately.
The three available membership tiers are:
- BLANK Basics — $264/month (inc. GST)
- BLANK Creator — $385/month (inc. GST)
- BLANK Signature — $693/month (inc. GST)
2. Billing & Payment
Memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis from the date of initial sign-up. Payment is processed automatically each billing cycle. By subscribing you authorise BLANK to charge your nominated payment method on your monthly renewal date.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST.
Failed or declined payments may result in immediate suspension of membership access until payment is resolved.
BLANK reserves the right to adjust membership pricing with a minimum of 30 days written notice to active members.
Memberships will continue to renew until a valid cancellation is submitted in accordance with Section 9.
3. Credits & Usage
Monthly credit hours are allocated at the start of each billing cycle and must be used within that same billing period.
Unused credits do not roll over to the following month under any circumstances.
Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
Credits are strictly non-transferable and may not be shared with, gifted to, or used by any other individual, business, or creative entity outside of the account holder.
Only the account holder may redeem membership credits. Third-party use is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate membership termination.
4. Booking Process
All membership bookings are made through BLANK's online booking calendar at the member's designated discounted rate. Upon subscribing, members will receive a unique discount code to apply at the time of booking.
Members must apply their unique code at the time of booking to access their member rate. Failure to apply the code may result in the standard casual rate being charged.
Bookings are subject to availability. Membership does not guarantee access to specific time slots or preferred availability on any given day.
BLANK holds a minimum number of daily hours in reserve exclusively for members, however this does not constitute a guarantee of preferred availability.
BLANK is unable to move, modify, or cancel existing bookings to accommodate member scheduling requests.
Members are encouraged to book well in advance within their billing period to secure their preferred times.
5. Studio Access Hours
All memberships are valid for weekday bookings only, Monday to Friday, within the following access window:
6:00 AM — 9:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Weekend access is not included as standard in any membership tier. If you are interested in a custom membership arrangement that includes weekend hours, please email us directly to discuss your options.
Please note that BLANK The Studio utilises natural light across many of our backdrops and set spaces. Available natural light will vary depending on your booking time and season. Full access to our professional studio lighting suite is included with every booking at no additional cost.
Members must vacate the studio promptly at the conclusion of their booked session.
Sessions that run over the allocated booking time may be subject to additional charges at the standard casual hourly rate of $125/hr.
Access outside of the above hours is not available under any standard membership tier.
6. What's Included
The following are included as standard in every member booking at no additional charge:
- Full studio lighting package
- Studio props and furniture
- Access to all available backdrops and set configurations
Any additional services or equipment outside of the above inclusions may be subject to additional fees. BLANK reserves the right to update or modify studio inclusions with reasonable notice.
7. Cancellations, No Shows & Unused Time
Credits will not be refunded, reissued, or carried over in the event of:
- A no show — failure to attend a confirmed booking without prior notice
- A late cancellation — any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking start time
- Unused booking time — any portion of a booked session that is not utilised by the member
- Incomplete sessions — members who leave before the end of their booked session will not receive credit for the unused time
To avoid forfeiting credits, members must cancel bookings with a minimum of 24 hours notice through the online booking calendar. Cancellations made within the required window will have credits returned to the member's account for use within the current billing period only.
8. Membership Availability & Limits
BLANK Studio Memberships are strictly limited in number across all tiers. Once all available spots within a tier are filled, no new members will be accepted until a vacancy becomes available.
Current members are encouraged to maintain their active membership to retain their spot.
BLANK reserves the right to limit, pause, or adjust the number of available memberships at any time.
9. Membership Cancellation
Members wishing to cancel their membership must provide a minimum of 30 days written notice prior to their next billing date. Notice must be submitted directly to the BLANK team via email.
Cancellations submitted without the required 30 days notice will result in one final billing cycle being charged before the membership is closed.
Cancellations do not entitle the member to a refund of any current or prior billing period charges.
Any unused credits at the time of cancellation will be forfeited and will not be refunded or reissued.
BLANK reserves the right to cancel or suspend a membership immediately in the event of a breach of these terms, misuse of the studio, or conduct deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
10. Membership Upgrades & Downgrades
Members may request to upgrade their membership tier at any time by emailing the BLANK team directly. The following conditions apply:
- Any hours already used within the current billing period will be deducted from the upgraded tier's monthly allowance for that cycle
- The price difference between the current and new tier will be charged at the time of upgrade
- Downgrading a membership tier is only available from the next billing cycle and requires a minimum of 30 days notice
- BLANK reserves the right to decline upgrade or downgrade requests where membership caps have been reached within the requested tier

11. Member Conduct & Studio Rules
All members and their guests are expected to treat BLANK The Studio, its equipment, furnishings, and staff with care and respect.
Members are responsible for the conduct of any guests, clients, or crew present during their booking.
Any damage to studio equipment, props, furniture, or the facility caused during a member booking will be the financial responsibility of the account holder.
Members must leave the studio in the same condition it was found.
Smoking, alcohol, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited on the premises.
BLANK reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a session without refund in the event of inappropriate or unsafe conduct.
12. Liability & Personal Property
BLANK accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or equipment brought onto the premises by members or their guests.
Members attend and use the studio at their own risk.
Members are encouraged to hold their own public liability and equipment insurance where appropriate.
13. Privacy
BLANK collects personal information including name, contact details, and payment information for the purpose of managing memberships and processing bookings. This information is handled in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. BLANK will not share or sell personal information to third parties outside of what is required to operate the membership and booking system.
14. Changes to These Terms
BLANK reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Active members will be notified of any material changes with a minimum of 14 days notice via the email address associated with their account. Continued use of the membership following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
